my fren has tis idea about getting married on V Day...
and i think it would b great if u proposed on V Day and get married on the same day too...

but i wonder would the GF say yes... hahaha...

Anyway...
today is our 6 years and 10 months anniversary.
so... is going to be the 7th year..
and it's a test for us before we move forward to another level..

Many ask me when i'm getting married...
i would say probably not this year... Maybe next and Maybe the year after that.
I have nothing in mind yet...

i would think...
it's another of my favourite fish CD.

so i'm chasing one of the taiwan tv series...

my friend blog about OT..
why people do OT while others don't need to do so?
sometimes i wonder why.. when i always OT last time.

agreed with my friend that auditor need to OT in order to meet their deadline
what about tax agent?
does tax agent reli need to OT?

i think i got the answer.
yeah we need to OT as well.

mainly due to the following reasons:-

client's call...

taking too many call from client during office hours. but we cant tell client we have no time to entertain you since we are in the service industry. and whether the time and time cost that we spend to entertain the client is chargeable or not is another big question mark.

staff inefficiency...

sometimes we work and work and work and we might consider whether we should take a break. then things start to slow down. sometimes is the fear of doing something which is new to yourself and you are not familiar with it. but if you know the thing is urgent, would you have the motivation in speeding up your work?

delayed in receiving information from client...

sometimes client know they need to furnish you with the information soonest possible in order to speed up the progress of getting the thing done. yet they take their own sweet sweet time to complete the information. and sometimes they know the things that you need is urgent, but yet they can still go on leave or go back early. i do not understand why such things would happen. when they give you the information at the eleventh hour they would expect you to finished the job with the short period of time. cos you are the expert and you are being paid for having to rush the very very last minute cos we (here refers to the client) paid for it.

motivation to speed up the work....

when there are no praise or compliment from people on the top for the hard work or good work that you have done.. you would feel demotivated and feel not to move forward anymore... and laid back take your own sweet time to complete your work... but job satisfaction will sometimes result you to move forward faster... like close relationship with client, client bonding, group bonding and etc...

so in order to avoid OT...
we need to plan in advance...
review our plan as and when we implement it
change our plan as we are approaching dead end
always have plan B and C even D and E if need be
last but not least OT with a purpose.. maybe to learn more so to increase your marketability in the future

sometimes i wonder whether the hard work that you OT would pay u good... you will know it when your company promote you and it will show in your increment adn also bonus...

just that Melaka seems to be more historical as compared to penang
and preservation job is much much more better..

i used to work at the office situated at Level 12 in my office.

Bcos of the promotion i have to move to Level 15 and my new place.

Yesterday when i was going down the lift from Level 16, my habitual reflex was to press level 12 to go back to my work station.
and I did so… and when i realised it was too late…

so.. i have to go all the way down to level 1 and up to level 15 again…

blur blur me and kasian me waisting time “游 lift 河”

too blur me gotta improved la…

so... to avoid this.. from 15 to 16 or either way...
i should take the stairs and some exercise
and lift to 12 floor

with the new responsibility starting from this year...
i feel tired...
battery is low...
do not know how long i would last there.

should try to make it my best
but it is difficult

there is no way of turning back
no a bed a roses waiting in front of me

keep on telling myself

i have a lot of expectation on my shoulder
i'm worried about people's expectation towards me :P

the economy is bad...
how i know?

because judging from the type of gift that people are giving nowadays i think the economy is bad...

actually i'm wondering whether how people judge and value when it come to gift giving during chinese new year.
my mom bought a lot of branded stuff (where she consider it is good quality gift)
but those gift where she received...
my only comment is 不敢恭维 (no comment)

can food where some of it was "kemek"?
some even have the price tag on it?

but at the end...
regardless what other gave you..
it fall back to the spirit of chinese new year
a annual get together event,
to know your long lost contact relative
to know whether they are married whether they are getting married and stuff

uncle is sick..
so he gotta go for operation
and his family members have to come back from the OZ country

so...
comes the kiosk regarding chinese new year..
cannot celebrate chinese new year at grandpa house
cos the so called "owner" of the house is coming back
and she dun like our family seems to be too marry together??
I wonder wat kind of thinking is that

when the "owner" come back...
every1 have to be afraid of her...
what kind of thinking is that...

i just want my chinese new year be a new begining for the year
a good year to begin with...
i just want my family to have close relationship
i just want grandma not to worry too much about uncle's health situation
i just hope somebody dun screw up the chinese new year this year.

i dun understand why my car (even i dun reli drive it) i have to borrow it to others when the "owner" is back and i have to beg my car back while the car is belongs to me...
i wonder...
what's the rasional behind.
while the "owner" is so "ba bai" we cant do this and that at her house
so chinese new year is not able to be celebrated at grandpa's house d la...

has not been blogging too frequent lately.
got a lot of photo regarding chinese new year
spend a lot for chinese new year
forseeing going to spend more for chinese new year :)
hoping i can spare and squeeze some more time for the chinese new year :)

GSJ was wonder what to share during his one point lesson and we were stuck in a small jam when we are at Sri Hartamas.

so we put things that we encountered during the trafic jam to the one point lesson.
to summaries it.

1) taking a new option after much planning and testing
2) think that by using the new option there would result to saving
3) but first result of the new option came out worst than the previous option adopted
4) turning point is whether to adopt the new option or to follow back the old option
5) decided to give the new option a second chance and try again the second day
6) realised the failure is actually due to some unforseen circumstances
7) tried second time the outcome is quite optimistic and everything should be okay.

Lesson from the story
1) sometimes things does not turn out as what was planned eventhough we planned and tested everything nicely and in advance
2) failure of first testing doesn't mean that is the end of the world.
3) Never try never know
4) sometimes there are obtaces which might slow you down from moving forward. but to be successful we must have the sprit of not giving up because we never try we never know. Even the result is failure we should be proud because at least we have tried.

First day of testing DUKE was like an all new experience for me and we have not been using the Sri Hartamas way for long long time...
and after we managed to go through DUKE and Jalan Duta within 5 minutes and ...

Oh O...
Traffic Jam?

how come how come the non-traffic Jam Sri Hartamas way to PJ have traffic Jam?
so we lined up patiently and wondering why there was traffic jam and whether we are correct to choose this way which are unknown to us and we are not certain to wat extend the new highway would speed up my jorney to the office.

but as we are reaching the traffic lights we realised there is a car broke down just right before the traffic light.
no wonder there is traffic jam at the non traffic jam road.
sometimes i wonder why Malaysian why like to be KPC and result to a tranffic jam occur
this has resulted us to be late by around 10-15 minutes where initially i'm suppose to save 5 minutes as planned.

However, this doesn't affect our faith in the new highway and today i tried the same route again.
no traffic jam today and we used the sprint toll and we managed to reach office within a 15-20 minutes time... so this closed the gap between the distance of PJ and Jalan Kuching / Jalan Ipoh.

I think with the DUKE opened.
our small little condo price is going to shoot up again as the public infrastructure is being planned so nicely and...
things should be OK by the time we are moving in.

there is a new highway open near jalan kuching...
and it's called the DUKE highway
it starts all the way from Jalan Duta and ends at Ulu Klang. (that's how they get the D.U.and K how ab E ... it stands for Expressway)

and the banner which was on the lamp post of the road from Jalan Kuching Interchange note that you can get to Jalan Duta within 1.5 min.

with this DUKE open i would managed to save around 5-10 min on my way to the office and would be able to reach office within 15-20 minutes. itsn't it cool?

and the coolest part about this DUKE is... the part of the highway from the Jalan Kuching Interchange to Sri Hartamas of the DUKE is FREE :P
yeah it's not only free when it is on testing to public but completely tol free road..

this result to me to have a choice whether wanna take the completely toll free road to office (which i can escape the sprint toll near eastin or pay RM 1 to save another 5-10 minutes)

cool when people built highway and it is even cooler when it's FOC :)
