how to loose your body weight easily and fast? i guess the easiest way is to fall sick
last week went to eat durian and the second day i was sick... wonder will it create durian phobia for myself? which i think not cos i still like durian so so much
so i managed to loose some of my weight after my recovery from my sickness still got little cough but i think should be on the way to get well soon... hope i would not eat back all my weight so soon... and hope to maintain from now :)
and p/s i would think... i do not trust western medicine... and western medicine is ban from my list.. and thanks doc for not giving me your antibiotic course will take chinese medicine or to let myself recover on it owns lur
coming 810 going to mark the 4th year in the company i'm currently working wow.. time flies and i have been pushed very very hard to moved very very fast to where i m today not considered being well rewarded but at least consider ok lo
