yesterday went to kl and bought a couple of books.
i wanted to buy the book by rene and also fish but the discount offer is over d.
so.. instead of buying their book i end up buying the book by wen kang and also chen luyu. and the cashier of the popular book store is so impolite in away, that they do not knoe how to say sorry when they did something wrong and also they not only did not give the correct discount in the first place, and also the cashier did not knoe how to give back the correct change. do the cashier knoe maths one ar? hey, popular management team do you test their maths before you employ them ar?
normally last time i would not check things that i've bought as well as the change. but sometime you really have to be careful. i as a consumer would have the rights to get what i'm suppose to get. i'm not a fussy customer but when your wrong just want you to say sorry and not jus correct what is wrong. this is not the service that the customer want.
me and my boy boy went to secret recipe to eat cake as i've promise him. sometimes i think it is really good that i couple can share what they think about and their own feelings.
on my way back as usual i took the bus ~~selangor bus. the conductor was the one who i like. the one which i have a lot of memory with my friend. and at that moment i recall all the good old times i've spend with her, but suddenly there is a little voice in my head. do not keep looking back! no point keep looking backward at your past where it would never changed no matter how hard you would be looking at it. if you still looking backwards after five years. you would never have any improvement. i think that is really true rite? sometimes i think i tend to think too much and spend too much time on my past and i neglected my present and future. so...i really gotta do something about it.
