finally found a dumpling which is comparable with the one made my grandmabut still find grandma's dumpling still the best in town...
have to wait until next year before i can eat very very nice dumpling from grandma lo :)

dunno why recently i just feel that i'm doing 拉屎上身 (take the shit to my ownself) work currently.

but this is the opportunity for me to learn
i need to handle it carefully
hopefully i can make it :)

“宁为玉碎，不为瓦全”这则成语的意思是宁可做玉器被打碎，不愿做陶器完整保全。比喻宁愿保持高尚的气节死去，而不愿屈辱地活着。

这个成语来源于《北齐书.元景安传》，大丈夫宁可玉碎，不能瓦全。
公元550年，北朝东魏的孝静帝被迫将帝位让给专横不可一世的丞相高洋。从此，北齐代替了东魏。高洋心狠手辣，次年又毒死了孝静帝及其三个儿子，来个斩草除根。

高洋当皇帝第10年6月的一天，出现了日食。他担心这是一个不祥之兆：自己篡夺的皇位快保不住了。于是，把一个亲信召来问道：“西汉末年王莽夺了刘家的天下，为什么后来光武帝刘秀又能把天下夺回来？” 那亲信说不清这是什么道理，随便回答说：“陛下，这要怪王莽自己了。因为他没有把刘氏宗室人员斩尽杀绝。”

残忍的高洋竟相信了那亲信的话，马上又开了杀戒：把东魏宗室近亲44家共700多人全部处死，连婴儿也无一幸免。
消息传开后，东魏宗室的远房宗族也非常恐慌，生怕什么时候高洋的屠刀会砍到他们头上。他们赶紧聚集起来商量对策。有个名叫元景安的县令说，眼下要保命的唯一办法，是请求高洋准许他们脱离元氏，改姓高氏。

元景安的堂兄景皓，坚决反对这种做法。他气愤地说：“怎么能用抛弃本宗、改为他姓的办法来保命呢？大丈夫宁可做玉器被打碎，不愿做陶器得保全。我宁愿死而保持气节，不愿为了活命而忍受屈辱！”
元景安为了保全自已的性命，卑鄙地把景皓的话报告了高洋。高洋立即逮捕了景皓，并将他处死。元景安因告密有功，高洋赐他姓高，并且升了官。
但是，残酷的屠杀不能挽救北齐摇摇欲坠的政权。三个月后，高洋因病死去。再过18年，北齐王朝也寿终正寝了。

宁为玉碎，不为瓦全的头头终于得到皆大欢喜的结局

Tiong Qiu style Toufu... very expensive

just received a red bomb today.. hope it's the first and last for this year
and congrats to the couple who are going to get married next month oh :)
