was chatting wit a primary friend's wife
from our conversation
just feel that i'm lucky

most of the time we always complain complain what we do not have
and rarely look at what we have and what we should treasure

when i talk with the wife
i realised i'm really lucky :)

i do admire her attitude
it's difficult for her to come all the way
leaving everything behind
and at the new environment

some more she is pregnant
but she an independent person
and brave as well :)

wish her well and see baby soon :)

yesterday went to 1u to get this album
luckily i went yesterday...cos the cashier said it just arrived



has not put on the shelf yet
(hot from the oven? :P)

我总是不停的跑，为了大家一起成长进步，往前大步奔跑，
但我却突然发现，我竟然忘了，是为了什麼样的目标而奔跑？
因为自己愕然发觉原来自己沉溺再往前奔跑的假象中，

族基政治（race-based politics）

指的是基于种族的政治模式，具体表现为基于种族的政党，
基于以某一种族占据政治主导权，并享有各种特权等。

【am730-觀念】我喜歡馬來西亞，其中一個原因是我把它當成學校，一間能教懂我族群政治之魅力與困境的學校。對我這個中國人來說，這實在是一門十分切時的課程。

馬來西亞的長壽執政聯盟叫做「國陣」，底下有三個分別代表三大族群的政黨；一是馬來人的「巫統」，二是華人的「馬華公會」，三是印度人的「國大黨」。這樣的組合在表面上看好像很「和諧」，很配合馬來西亞那多元共存「真正亞洲」的形象。可是只要仔細觀察下去，即使外人如我，也能輕易發現它的問題。

一般而言，政黨應該是種代表人民直接參政問政的工具。除了現在的中國共產黨、過去的德國納粹黨，以及新加坡的人民行動黨，世界上幾乎沒有多少個政黨能夠宣稱自己是代表全體人民的「全民黨」。尋常政黨總是局部的，它要不是代表某種傾向某種理念；就是代表某一部分人民，而這一部分人民則總是因為一些共同的屬性和利益，才成為一個似乎十分清晰而且相對獨特的群體。那麼在馬來西亞這個例子裡頭，「國陣」到底代表誰呢？好聽點說，「巫統」、「馬華公會」和「國大黨」就像三條扭在一起的繩索，堅不可摧。

難聽點講，那就是一個死結，無法代表任何一個群體也無法代表任何一種利益傾向，只能不斷困在內幕政治的算計和妥協之中。

再深入點說，這個格局乃是典型的「族基政治」，以族群為一切政治行動的基礎，以族群為全國政治、經濟和社會規劃的原點。它的前提係馬來人是馬來人，華人是華人，印度人是印度人，三大族群各有不可歸約的利益和獨特主張；所以才要有屬於自己的政黨去代表自己。然而，這真是一個不可置疑無法動搖的客觀事實嗎？

我們怎能保證所有馬來人都有一致的利益主張，又怎麼確定每一個華人都有相近的政治理念呢？舉個簡單的例子，當經濟日漸發展，有一部分馬來人已經先富了起來，並且形成一個權貴階層，而另一部分馬來人則仍然處於貧無立錐之地，處在社會底層的時候，那個據說能夠代表馬來人利益的「巫統」到底是代表哪一種馬來人呢？

換句話講，在任何一個足夠複雜的社會裡頭，人民的階級、利益、信迎、教育背景、工作種類、政治理念以及居住區域，這一切一切都不可能簡單地按照族群身份呈現平均分布的狀態。總有一些地區會混居了不同族群，而這個地區自有其與別不同的規劃需要。

nobody say anything and the listener were told that the x host went on leave to take care of his daughter

but this time... it's diffrent
this time is terang-terang morning talkshow gang telling everybody in general one of the DJ have to go on leave



and this was not reported in any paper media?



this morning the DJ said if they are being carried out of the station they would want to finished the show as well...
and yes they were asked to stop hosting the morning show dy

马来西亚著名艺人阿牛陈庆祥前些日子有一部自导自演的本土电影《初恋红豆冰》，获得本地乃至台湾及香港电影界的欢迎，甚至把本土电影冲出马来西亚，飞向国际。

阿牛的电影不仅是本土电影的光荣，更重要的是，他的电影也把本地的乡土人情和文化背景介绍给国外的影迷。政府一直鼓励国人要向世界“推销”马来西亚，还在上海世博会耗资3千5百万令吉设立了马来西亚馆。但是，对于本土中文片子来说，这一种说法显然地说不过去。据阿牛的说法，马来西亚电影若不是以马来文作为媒介语的话，都不算是本土片，一律被政府抽税20%。请问这又是什么道理？

电影中展现了本土人情和文化，剧中的每一位重要角色都由马来西亚艺人担当饰演，每一个布景和取景地点都是在马来西亚。不但如此，故事背景还是以马来西亚为主题。阿牛把电影带到香港去，在临下飞机的时候，还担心这一部电影无法获得香港影迷的共鸣，因为文化的差异和语言的不同。在这样的情况下，这一部电影竟然在马来西亚还是被政府视为外国片，请问政府要如何让本土中文电影蓬勃地发展呢？要如何让这些电影从业员把本土文化通过电影带到全世界去呢？！要本土电影从业员何去何从呢？

在面子书看了阿牛在台湾接受张小燕的电视访问后，我才毅然发现这样的政策简直是让人笑话，也进一步地向世人证明华裔在马来西亚的土地上是受到不公的待遇的。政府应该严肃看待这一件事情，一视同仁地看待本土电影比什么大马馆更具宣传价值，比什么“一个马来西亚”的口号更实在！

need to know where are you working

actually it's a simple survey
please do not act that you are clever and "rampas" the survey from the banci staff
cos it's their job to interview and conduct survey on you
it's not your job to fill up anything

and survey just will take 5 to 10 minutes of your time
i guess to give co-operation at your best level..
and "hope" that the government can come out with a strategy is so great
that we really can double our income in 10 years time :)

OMG... next Tuesday (10th August) marks my 5th aniversary!!!
wow... time flies...
have been working for 5 years dy

cant believe it..
feel like ages
my friend told me one comp made u old one year
i guess now i'm over hundered years old
but i'm only there for 5 years :)

it feels like i'll be there for ages
but i guess i'm not sure what to do next
but will try to develop some other skills first

trying to find something which i'm really interested
and trying to set challenging targets :)

just feel the mood is not very very good lately
don't know why?
