Today spent some time at the gardens Maxis center cos my internet speed was down due to some c2pid update requirement by them.
And it has been almost one month the matter prolong... but I`m pleased that my matter has been solved within 10 minutes though I need to wait for the question for about 40 minutes.
Good thing is I do not need to call 123 to wait for call centre to pick up,answering those verification question and the result is my problem not solved.
