We started to mention about Gen X and Gen Y when i'm in the group with my Old boss.
but i'm not really agreeable with what he thinks and talk about
after reading the Gen Y article, i couldn't have agreed more
Gen Y are not all rotten apples
and not pampered strawberries
and my Old boss sort of like "kick" me out of his control.
no longer under his guidance but under my Big Big boss's guidance
learn nothing much from him since i've been under him for short short period of time
but i learn his humble and close to staff
then after 5 months under my Big Big boss come my new new Big boss
and he is one of the idol in the firm i'm currently working with
i like his attitude towards work
and his attitude not kedekut to share.
admit problem
admit mistake
close to staff
most important of all
doing things the Gen Y style.
Blackberry palm?
coming back to office every Saturday to move his stuff?
communicating through e-mail?
yeah i like my current Big Boss
and i'll really stay bcos of him ;)

Government monitoring blogs closelyYeah!! government is monitoring our blog...
so be careful on what you would like to post on your blog
write in Mandrin? i guess they got translator?
herm...
KUALA LUMPUR: Special units have been set up under both the Home, and the Information, Communications and Culture Ministries to monitor blogs and ensure that the content adheres to local laws.
Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim, who is in charge of the communications portfolio, said both ministries would also exchange information between themselves to ensure maximum monitoring.
Besides monitoring, Dr Rais said his ministry also held meetings and dialogues with bloggers and website operators to inform them about government policies.
“We inform them about the various laws that they should be aware of when they blog, especially those relating to racial harmony and national security.
“We also remind them about the existence of legislation such as the Sedition Act, Defamation Act and Internal Security Act,” he said.
Earlier, he told both Shamsudin Mehat and Datuk Dr Yeow Chai Thiam that the Government would adopt an “open approach” towards the new media.
“The Government encourages people to use the internet to search for information and knowledge as this helps to increase the broadband usage in the country,” he said.
Dr Rais said the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission also organised programmes to promote awareness on proper usage of internet, such as cyberspace security, publication of articles, interviews in electronic media and in advertisments.
To a question from Ahmad Hussin whether the Government intended to draw up a code of ethics for bloggers as they had the power either to unite or wreck society, Dr Rais said the Home Ministry would monitor the bloggers under the Printing and Publications Act.
“My ministry will monitor these blogs under the Communications and Multimedia Act,” he said.

but i wonder is this move worthwhile?
we pay our taxes for the government to watch us when we express our feelings?
i wonder??

wonder why MJ still not being berried for one or two weeks time?
cant you just leave all his money behind just for a moment and let him rest in peace
i guess this is the sadness of being famous
there are a lot of people out there which respect you too much
and they would not be willing to let you go
and you will bring more wealth to them and they have to plan well
since you are dead the opportunity for them to earn money from you again is just this time
just hope you will rest in peace and we will remember you always.

my friend's current phone is in chronic condition
will hang at any point of time
and should be admited to ICU.
then first thing he told me is
his "辛辛苦苦" punya saving is gone if he buy new phone
then he say "舍不得" his old phone cos got many memories
and they have been through a lot of things together
i guessed compared to those who like to change their phone once every six months
i guessed my friend is normal cos his phone is 3 years old d
last time the older model phone tends to last longer
where you can use it for 5-6 years
and the phone is so good
you can use it to throw a dog and pick it back and use it again.
nowadays new phone are fragile.
you need to take good care of them even they give you a lot of entertainment
speaking of entertainment
reminds me of my friend 陈涵 of natural
who like to get my phone from my to play her game.
this is a random post with no conclusion
like it read it, dun like just ignore it
