Finally the conclusion is out.
Because of my hardwork for such a long long time, i only got promoted up one level.

haha...
a bit disappointed on myself.
why? cos i'm not performing up to the standard where others would like to

anyway, now the job start to be triple.
help to do review work,
help to do 'admin' work.

i can see there is more and more challenging job way ahead in the coming months
work would be harder and harder.

will try my level best to cope with it.
so i see bright future with my work la..
