one day was looking at some client's account and they got this kind of reward system...
MC award for not taking MC.

herm...
if my company have this kind award
i guess i'll get the award / cert every year
but unfortunately my company don't have

what's the benefit or MC if you do not take MC
MC should not be taken if you do not feel like going to work
and time off should not be taken if you do not feel like working

i have no comment on whether you take MC when you are really sick
or take MC when you do not feel like working
but i do feel if you really can deliver your job.
i do not car what/how you deliver the job
