I expect speed in work done by junior staff.
boss always say must work smart.

i see speed in staff A when she do her work…
always act blur…. but i guess she is smart and wanna enjoy her life.
i tot she do not wanna stay back..
but i do seeing her stay back to rush job.
gotta give her more challenging task…
not just simple and easy cases.

and staff P and NG have to exchange cases for them among each other.
some are too simple for NG and some and too complicated for P
to change it in the future.
will become a better GL soon...
will have more challenging stuff to do soon.
