most of the time different people have different perception of doing things
and sometimes you can see why the person's perception would determine whether the person is a boss or just merely a staff

my boss is always very determine to get things right in terms of technical
but what if there is limitation with the current program which the co is using?
too rigid and too many restrictions?

reluctant to change even you know that the thing is wrong??
cos you would want to save urself from all the hassle
too bad if i'm da boss i would insist you to finished the things in da correct manner

erm..
to be very pro we have to do things the correct way
don't simply do things in the sense even the end result is the same
cos when your tax comp was sent to others for due di report preparation
the report will write the client has wrongly claim something something and tax impact is this much this much...
