don't know why
maybe i ate too much last Sun
then i came home and started to vomit
one time before dinner
one time during dinner
one time after come home from dinner
last time long long time after dinner before i sleep

and it's quite scary for me
cos i never have vomited for so many times
usually i would only have vomit for one time the most two

and that day i had four times
and it scared me
cos it's just like your stomach is empty
and anything and everything that you have put inside your stomach has went the other way round and find it's way out

and the worst part is you can still clearly remember what you have eat
weirdo...
fortunately Monday was a Public holiday for Selangor
but it was wasted cos i fall sick
should have use it nicely

but a good thing
falling sick had cause me to eat less
and help me to reduce some of my weight
i guess i was over weight then

hopefully things go fine for me for now
